Sale document between Muhammad, the son of Aqa Rajab‘ali the resident of Aqdagh-i Sufla, and Haj Khanum, the wife of Haj Khan the Colonel, regarding two mans [unit of weight] of copper in exchange for two tumans and three thousand dinars, including the right of revocation for six months.

Settlement of Fatimah Baygum with ‘Abd Allah and Muhammad Naqi, 1871
‘Abd Allah, the son of Karbalayi Nasr Allah, and Muhammad Naqi, the son of Najafquli Bayg, from the Quchkanlu clan of Chahar Uymaq Shaqaqi sell one-sixth of the village of Aqdaq-i Sufla from the district of Tab Tab to Fatimah Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Khan, in exchange for forty five tumans; a revocation clause has been included. Najafquli, the father of Muhammad Naqi, has confirmed the transaction on the margin.

1- Kawkab Khanum, wife of Javad Khan and daughter of Muhammad Aqa Yavar, sells a sumn [one-eighth] of an orchard in the land known as Nukchah in Qiyamat Abad to Haji ‘Ali Aqa the merchant for forty-two tumans and four thousand dinars, including the right of revocation for three months (1906); 2- Kawkab Khanum, wife of Javad Aqa and daughter of Muhammad Aqa Yavar, sells a sumn [one eighth] of an orchard, located in Nukchah, to Haj ‘Ali Aqa, the Hariri merchant, for forty two tumans and one thousand and three hundred and fifty dinars (April 10, [?]). Aqa Mirza Muhsin, the son of the late Aqa Mirza Sayyid Hasan Mudarris, sells the crops from the Jalal Abad farm in Rustaq to Bibi Fatimah, the daughter of Haji ‘Ali Muhammad the merchant from Yazd (son of Ustad ‘Abidini) for seventy five tumans.

Settlement between Riza Quli Khan and Haji Iskandar Khan, 1914
Riza Quli Khan, the son of ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan, has sold some properties, including one in the Aqdagh-i Sufla village, which belonged to the late Gawhar Taj Khanum, to Haji Iskandar Khan in exchange for seventy five tumans. It includes a revocation clause.

Settlement of Umm Nisa’ Khanum and Karbalayi Sattar, 1878
Karbalayi Sattar, the son of the late Mawlavi Bayg, sells all his shares of inheritance to Umm Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Bayg from Ahar, in exchange for twelve tumans. The settlement includes a revocation clause for six months. The settlement was extended in 1905 or 1906 and 1912 or 1913.

Settlement of Iskandar Khan Yavar and others, 1903
Mashhadi ‘Abbas, acting on his own behalf and as the guardian of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Hanifah, Muhsin and Rahim, and the sons of Khuda Quli Sultan from Zaviyah, Nur Allah and Mahdi, sells some properties in the village of Zaviyah to Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar in exchange for two hundred and fifty tumans. On the margin, Khuda Quli Sultan's daughters, Shafa Baygum, Tuba Baygum, Fatimah Baygum, and Zahra Baygum have confirmed this settlement.

Settlement between Aqa Naqi's daughters and Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, 1858
Shahr Banu Khanum, Bulur Khanum, and Sadr-i Jahan Khanum (the daughters of Aqa Naqi from Mahvizan) transfer all of their parental inheritance from properties in the village of Qajar Abad to Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, the son of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali Kama’i, in exchange for total of twelve tumans, with each receiving four; it includes a revocation clause.

Settlement of Khadijah Khanum and her daughter Khanum Sultan, 1910
Khadijah Khanum, the daughter of Haj Sayyid ‘Ali Aqa Khuyi, settles two-thirds of her belongings, including her mahr, money, objects, and land, to her daughter, Khanum Sultan, in exchange for some crystal candy from Iraq and two qirans. For ten years, Khadijah Khanum has the right to revoke this settlement; the lapsing of the revocation will take place by Khadijah Khanum's recitation of the Fatihat al-Kitab chapter (once) and the Tawhid chapter (thrice). Muhammad Ja‘far Amin al-Tijarah from Ardabil has confirmed this settlement.
